低酸酸化类食品注册FCE及产品申报SID Acidified and Low-Acid Canned Foods (LACF)

 

美国在70年代初,由于对商业生产并用密封容器包装的低酸性的食品热加工不充分,以及对商业生产的酸化食品酸化处理不适当,因而引发了对生命具有威胁的肉毒杆菌中毒。因此对那些在美国销售的酸化食品和低酸性罐装食品的商业生产商,联邦法规要求每一个企业要在FDA进行注册;并对该企业的每种产品,产品类型,容器尺寸和类型,以及加工方法等,在FDA进行加工计划的登记备案。这个过程就是FCE-SID的申报。


U.S. FDA Requires companies which produce certain shelf-stable, aseptically -sealed canned or acidified foods to obtain a Food Canning Establishment(FCE) before selling products in the U.S. In addition, these processors must file documentation for each process used in the manufacture of foods subject to these requirements, with a Submission Identifier number (SID).
